Order cancellation

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 3 working days.
You must cancel before your order is dispatched.

We issue refunds within 2 working days of receiving your request. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to show.

 

Refund policy

 

You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange.

Returns must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

We replace or refund faulty or damaged prints. Contact us via our online form and we will share the return address.

To process a return, we need proof of purchase and a reason for return.

 

Partial refunds apply when:
• Goods return in a different condition.
• Goods arrive after the 14 day return window.

 

You are responsible for your return postage costs. These are non-refundable. 

If your return is worth more than £50, you should use tracked delivery or postal insurance.
