Refund policy
You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange.
Returns must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
We replace or refund faulty or damaged prints. Contact us via our online form and we will share the return address.
To process a return, we need proof of purchase and a reason for return.
Partial refunds apply when:
• Goods return in a different condition.
• Goods arrive after the 14 day return window.
You are responsible for your return postage costs. These are non-refundable.
If your return is worth more than £50, you should use tracked delivery or postal insurance.
